Echium virescens is a wonderful architectural shrub and an excellent alternative to the much-admired Echium candicans for gardens in areas that experience harsh overnight frosts. In early Spring, it becomes a spectacular feature, producing tall, elongated spikes of delicate lilac-pink flowers.
Reaching approximately 2m in height and width, it makes an impressive statement in the garden, whether planted as a feature specimen or incorporated into a Mediterranean-inspired planting scheme. Drought tolerant once established, it thrives in a sunny position with excellent drainage and will not tolerate excessive moisture around its roots.
All plants are grown in a 100mm diameter pot
Plants are usually sent on a Monday each week to ensure they arrive prior to the weekend. All orders to VIC, SA and QLD are sent Express Post.
