How can I return or exchange an item?
Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot accept a return or exchange. If there is any issue with your order once you receive and unpack the plants, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so that we can resolve the situation. We guarantee the safe delivery of all orders or offer replacement of any damaged plants.
Should you wish to cancel an order or pre-order that has not yet been dispatched, we are happy to provide you with a credit for the order amount.
Can I add additional plants to my order prior to dispatch?
Yes you can! If you wish to add additional plants to your order and you have not yet received a notification that your order has been dispatched, please reach out to our team at plants@woodsideplantsanddesign.com.au. We can assist you with adding additional plants to your order.
