Deliveries & Returns


We send plant orders to NSW, VIC, ACT and QLD. Currently we are unable to send plant orders to SA, TAS, WA and NT due to strict quarantine controls.

All orders are dispatched using Australia Post. Deliveries are usually dispatched and received within 10 working days from time of ordering. You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched. If for any reason you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact us by either email at or phone 0413 997 618.

All plants are packed in a box with packing material to protect the foliage of the plant and prevent soil dislodging in transit. Your plants may need a good water upon arrival.

If you require your plant order to be sent to a PO Box please ensure you pick up the parcel as soon as it arrives to ensure the plants are received in the best possible condition.

Delivery cost

The delivery cost is calculated at the end of the check out and is calculated based on the size of the order. Delivery costs are a minimum $14.95.

Refund policy

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so that we can resolve the situation. We guarantee the safe delivery of all orders or offer replacement of any damaged plants. Should you wish to cancel an order or pre-order that has not yet been dispatched, we are happy to provide you with a credit the order amount.
