A hardy, long-flowering perennial that produces masses of soft pink blooms held above dense clumps of attractive grey-green, strappy foliage in Spring and again in Autumn after rain. Delicate in appearance yet exceptionally tough, it adds colour, texture and movement to borders, pathways and perennial-style plantings.

Highly adaptable and low maintenance, it thrives in full sun and tolerates heat, drought, frost, seasonal wet conditions and a wide range of soil types, including poorer soils. Its compact habit makes it an excellent choice for edging, mass planting, rockeries and the front of garden beds.

Here at Woodside Plants, it's one of our favourite performers in the gravel garden. Through Gloucester's hot, dry summers, frosty winters and everything in between, it doesn't miss a beat, flowering reliably year after year with very little attention. 30 x 30cm.

Fun Fact: Tulbaghias are often called "society garlic" because their foliage has a mild garlic scent when crushed, although they're grown for their beautiful flowers rather than culinary use.

  • All plants are grown in a 100mm diameter pot
  • Plants are usually sent on a Monday each week to ensure they arrive prior to the weekend. All orders to VIC, SA and QLD are sent Express Post.
