A favourite amongst pollinators, Salvia ‘Mystic Spires’ lives up to its name. On a bushy base of silvery green foliage, this perennial displays a shade of deep indigo that would definitely please a fairy. Its slightly velvety spires will reach 75cm, and the foliage spreads approx. 50x50cm. This is a tender Salvia variety, and in milder climates will lie dormant over winter or is often treated as an annual in frost prone zones. Although they are tender, they are quite easy plants to grow and can handle full-sun to part shaded conditions.
