A new generation Apaganthus which was selected as a standout from 12,000 seedlings in a South African breeding program conducted by De Wet Aloe Farm in Johannesburg. Having a compact habit this flamboyant Agapanthus boasts bi-coloured flowers which graduate from blue at the throat to white at the edge of the petals. In 2019 Agapanthus 'Twister' received an Award of Garden Merit from the Royal Horticultural Society. 1.2m high when in flower. Outstanding.
