Breeding experiments between two genus, Digitalis and Isoplexis have resulted in hybrid Digitalis in various colours. Charles Valin is the pioneering breeder, hence these plants fittingly recognised as Digitalis x valinii to honour his work. 
Illumination® Raspberry is a wonderful addition to this series of plants. The burnt pink raspberry flowers backed by chocolate brown stem spikes makes this plant really easy to use in the garden. Height to 90cm. Full sun, good drainage and enriched soil is ideal for best performance.
