Admired for the beauty of its foliage, bright blooms and spicy fragrance, Helichrysum italicum is a small bushy evergreen shrub featuring fine, linear silver foliage with curry scented leaves. Very drought tolerant. Frost tolerant. Full sun. Will handle poor soils. 60cm x 90cm.

Considered to be one of the most attractive species within its genus, Buddleia crispa has the Royal Horticultural Society Award of Garden Merit. Foliage is a silvery white in colour. Periods of drought intensifies the white felted coating which protects its leaves and stems. This coating extends to the flower buds which open to lilac pink flower heads in late Spring and Summer. Forming a medium to large shrub which can be clipped to great effect. Approx. 3m high x 2m wide.

Best grown in dryer areas with low humidity. Good drainage is essential as 'Elijah Blue' will not handle 'wet feet'.

Forming a silver mound this fast growing shrub provides eye catching contrast in a low water landscape. Frost tolerant, Helichrysum splendidum gains a height and width of about 1 metre. Native to the Summer rainfall areas of southern Africa, eastern Africa and Yemen, Helichrysum spendidum is harvested for its essential oils which have anti inflammatory benefits. Golden everlasting flowers cover the bush in Summer. For best results this plant needs to be planted in full sun in a well drained position and not over watered. The Royal Horticultural Society has given Helichrysum splendidum an Award of Garden Merit.
